little Rainbow Dragon

Coming in, I see a brightly colored feathered dragon with a bright red mane, and it looks like he has him a pokéball. I am not a fan of Pokémon, but this dragon will go in any halfway decent story as a curious pet or any similar role. Those eyes look much akin to a chicken snake. His forked tongue is also out, making me think that there is something nearby that he is very interested in, which is echoed by the general expression on his face. The black background and bright colors and vertical position of the character looks great as a background on my phone. However, I cannot tell if the scanlines I see are an artifact or if it is something that was done intentionally. They do add to the feel of the image.
